Andy was so approachable from the very first prompt email reply when we began the process of our renovations. I was very impressed with the tradesman that he coordinated, and the way he communicated how the job was progressing always. He was respectful about the monetary cost of the job to us, he also showed care and respect to our beautiful old family home that is very important to us. Andy and his team were very easy to have on-site, cleaned up well at the end of each day and most importantly did an extremely quality job for our renovation of 6 areas of the house. Thankyou for your involvement and I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Feature Build. Thanks also to Ray and Rhys, Nikolai and Joe, Ants and electrical team and Jason the plasterer - you guys are all awesome.
Andy and his team were worth every dollar we spent on our recent home renovations. From the outset of the project he had clear and concise communication about timeframes, budgets and building. He was accommodating to our ideas and needs, but was also upfront and honest in order to keep us on track with the project. Andy runs a very tidy building site and his craftmanship and respect for the project is to the highest standard. Andy and his crew, in particular Rhys, were always friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome onsite and to keep us informed. He works with friendly sub-contractors who take as much pride and precision in their work to deliver an outstanding result. We always knew we were in safe hands with Andy at the helm and would work with him in the future. We highly recommend partnering with Feature Build if you’re looking to renovate your house.
“We set about building a very cool boat shed, with small dwelling. The project was very simple with cool bits of detail to bring the structures to life. With 5 meter poles and heavy rafter trusses tiring the project together it wasn't the easiest build. We asked Andy to see if he would be interested in undertaking the build, with a tight deadline and even tighter budget. The detail work is why we asked Andy to be involved in the project and we weren't disappointed with the results. We would have no problem recommending Andy to anyone looking at building any new project, he's a pleasure to have around, works hard and his attention to detail is fantastic. Thanks!”
"Andy literally stepped in and saved the day when we were struggling with our build and had just lost our original builder. He quoted us and set up a time frame, we accepted and a few days later he was here. Our build was out of the box, tricky and complicated but Andy stepped up to the challenge and delivered just as promised. The team was here 5 days a week, every week for 8 weeks, rain or shine. Saying Andy went the extra mile is an understatement, but the very best thing was Andy and his team are absolutely perfectionists, everything was perfect down to the last detail. Andy is a great guy, honest, reliable and I can't recommend him enough."
